As recruiters, we hear that question from potential candidates in many of the recruiting calls we make. Go to the engineering recruiters in our permanent placement division. They will tell you consistently: “the job boards.” That means the manufacturing job listings and resume postings through CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed or our website.
The overall theme is online networking. If your profile is out there – whether it’s LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Monster, or Indeed – our recruiters will find you. Online networking through LinkedIn is an outstanding way for engineering recruiters to find candidates conducting a confidential search. The more active you are on professional networking sites such as LinkedIn, the more likely we are to pick up the phone and call you.
